 No Show and Cancellation Policy

I request that everyone cancels or reschedules an appointment at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to leave space for others to get in.  When I take a client, I am committed to holding space for them during that time and I ask for the same commitment, of course barring extenuating circumstances. 

Your therapy spot is yours and ONLY yours. 

If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time you will be charged the $50 late cancellation fee, and your card on file will be automatically charged. If I can reschedule you for another time in the same week or if I can get the time spot that was yours rescheduled, the $50 will be waived.  

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment or are more than 15 minutes late,  it will count as a "No Show", and your card on file will automatically be billed the $100 No show fee.

If rescheduling/canceling/ No Showing becomes a problem for you, lets see if we can find a solution first and then if it continues you your client chart will be closed out. 

Lateness policy:

There are times that unforeseen circumstances happen, I get that. So if you know that you're going to be more than 5 minutes late for a session, please let me know. Phone/Text me at: 641-990-4936.

If after 15 minutes of your scheduled time and I do not hear from you, I will attempt to reach you. If I am unable to reach you, I reserve the right to close off the session and you will be charged the

$100 No Show Fee.
